Senior Blockchain Engineer

This is a remote role based in Vietnam, offering an opportunity to shape the future of on-chain liquidity infrastructure on the Fraxtal Layer 2. The position involves developing and securing smart contracts, integrating AI-driven workflows, and contributing to both user-facing and back-office applications. Engineers will work on high-impact, production-ready features managing multi-million dollar liquidity, while driving forward a protocol that effectively pays users to borrow stablecoins.
Ideal candidates will have at least 2+ years' experience building DeFi protocols and demonstrate deep familiarity with decentralized finance and smart contract ecosystems. Required skills include a strong command of AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, high-level software craftsmanship, and excellent product design sensibility within the Web3 ecosystem. The role demands high ownership, a growth mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, decentralized environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and secure smart contracts.
- Leverage AI tools to increase productivity and automate business workflows.
- Build out user-facing and backoffice infrastructure to enable a more seamless UX.
- Ship production-ready features that handle multi-million dollar liquidity from our users.
- Stay up to date on web3 industry, AI productivity, and smart contract development best practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience building DeFi protocols.
- 2+ years "in the trenches." Deep understanding of DeFi protocols.
- A strong growth mindset.
- High agency and high ownership.
- Strong proficiency with AI-driven software development (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
- Good product taste in web3 and attention to details.
- Solid grasp of good software and product design.
