Vị trí này tại Recruiting_Connect (làm việc hybrid tại Bình Thạnh, TP.HCM hoặc remote tại Việt Nam) chuyên phát triển ứng dụng Karaoke trên nền tảng Android với Java/Kotlin, tham gia thiết kế hệ thống lớn, phối hợp cùng các bộ phận kỹ thuật để đưa ra giải pháp công nghệ tối ưu cho khách hàng Nhật Bản. Chế độ giờ làm linh hoạt, lương thưởng hấp dẫn, môi trường hiện đại, laptop cung cấp, bảo hiểm, 15 ngày phép, du lịch công ty và nhiều đãi ngộ khác.
Yêu cầu ứng viên có trên 5 năm kinh nghiệm Android (Kotlin), hiểu sâu về MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dagger, tối ưu hiệu năng, bảo mật, code rõ ràng và khả năng giải quyết vấn đề. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm media, livestream, giao tiếp với khách hàng Nhật và ngoại ngữ Anh/Nhật.

Job Description
- Development of Karaoke applications using Java/Kotlin.
- Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team (Project Leader, Software Developer, QA, UI/UX Designer, etc.) to evaluate and learn about the client's requirements, as well as research and provide proposals on trendy technology for Japanese clients based on your expertise.
- Design and build advanced components for highly scalable, reliable, maintainable, and secure mobile projects.
- Develop robust, testable, and efficient code, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and a smooth user experience on diverse device models and operating systems.
- Continuously learn about technical trends and industry best practices and apply them to the applications.
Job requirement
- Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as an Android Developer using Kotlin
- Proven experience in architecture design patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, Dagger, Jetpack Compose, etc.
- Strong understanding of app performance optimization and security best practices
- Excellent working experience in Kotlin to write clear, readable and maintainable code
- Ability to think logically to understand complex business systems
- Self-disciplined, good critical thinking, and excellent at problem-solving
- Nice to have
- Have working experience with Japanese clients
- Experience participating in projects involving media, live streaming, audio/video, socket communication, or payment integrations
- Knowledge of IOS or cross-platform solutions and Mixing API
- Expected to learn and work with additional technologies
- If proficiency in additional languages such as English or Japanese is considered an advantage.
