Senior Android Developer

Billease, a fast-growing financial services company specializing in Buy Now Pay Later, personal loans, and digital payment solutions, is seeking a Senior Android Developer for a remote position based out of Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This is a full-time role offering the opportunity to develop and improve a major financial application used by diverse customers. Key responsibilities include developing, testing, and supporting Android apps, conducting code reviews, debugging critical issues, and refactoring legacy code while upholding high coding standards. You'll join a collaborative and agile environment with a focus on user experience and performance across both online and offline touchpoints. The ideal candidate has at least 5+ years of Android development experience in Kotlin, with demonstrated expertise in Jetpack Compose and XML-based layouts. A strong grasp of SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and the MVVM design pattern is essential. Proficiency in Kotlin coroutines and Flows, along with familiarity with CI/CD and Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, will ensure success in this role.
