Your Impact: As a Senior AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for architecting and developing advanced AI/ML solutions that enhance user experience and business performance within our product portfolio. You will provide technical leadership in the design, deployment, and optimization of large-scale AI systems, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability. You will mentor junior engineers, technically contribute to AI strategy, and work closely with stakeholders to define and execute AI initiatives that drive business growth.
This is a 100% remote position based in Vietnam! We offer the flexibility to work from anywhere within Vietnam, ensuring seamless collaboration with our global teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Contribute to and technically lead the implementation of AI strategy for search, recommendations, and personalized experiences in e-commerce.
- Lead the development of LLM-based AI applications, such as technical support chatbots and AI assistants.
- Design and implement scalable, cloud-based AI solutions using AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ensure model fairness, bias mitigation, and ethical AI practices.
- Architect ML pipelines with advanced monitoring and retraining mechanisms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define AI roadmaps.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to AI/ML engineers.
What You’ll Bring:
- Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with e-commerce and with specific experience of Shopify a plus!
- Proven track record in deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Deep expertise in deep learning, NLP, LLMs.
- Strong cloud computing skills with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Leadership experience in AI/ML projects.
- Excellent communication and mentorship skills.
