Công việc tập trung vào phát triển, triển khai các dịch vụ AI production-ready gồm: xây dựng pipeline RAG, dịch vụ LLM bằng .NET Core, áp dụng các nền tảng như LangChain, Amazon Bedrock. Yêu cầu kết hợp phát triển backend, phát triển CI/CD với Azure DevOps và tối ưu hoá dịch vụ AI trên Azure/AWS. Môi trường làm việc năng động, toàn cầu hóa, tham gia dự án quốc tế chất lượng cao.
Ứng viên cần từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển backend (.NET Core/Framework), thành thạo xây dựng AI pipelines, LLM, CI/CD, kiến trúc cloud, giao tiếp Tiếng Anh tốt để phối hợp đội nhóm toàn cầu. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm với vector DB, microservices và dự án với khách hàng quốc tế.

Job Description - Senior AI Engineer
About the Role
Our client, a technology company based in Canada specializing in Construction Accounting, is seeking two Senior AI Engineers with strong backend engineering expertise and hands-on experience in applied AI systems. This role requires designing and delivering production-grade AI services integrated into core accounting and financial systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using .NET Core / .NET Framework
- Architect and implement production-ready RAG pipelines (embedding, retrieval, ranking, response orchestration)
- Develop LLM-powered services using LangChain or similar frameworks
- Build and maintain AI agents with tool integrations and structured workflows
- Design clean APIs and service contracts for AI-powered modules
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize AI services in Azure and/or AWS environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship AI-driven features end-to-end
- Contribute to technical decisions, conduct code reviews, and raise engineering standards within the team
Requirements
Must-Have:
- 5+ years of backend development experience with .NET Core / .NET Framework
- Experience designing and deploying AI applications in production
- Experience working with Azure AI Foundry and Azure DevOps workflows
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (Azure and/or AWS)
- Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with vector databases and LLM evaluation frameworks
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and data pipelines
- Domain experience in Construction, Accounting, or FinTech
Working Model
Remote 100%. The position requires working hours from 3 pm to 12 am ICT to ensure effective collaboration with global teams.
Contract & Interview Process
Long-term contract with renewal every 6 months. The interview process includes English tests, technical interviews, and final discussions.
