Senior Account Manager

What you will do:
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring strong client relationships and clear communication
- Manage multiple stakeholders, both internally and externally, across various levels of the organization
- Lead and coordinate project activities to ensure timely and successful delivery
- Handle escalations effectively and proactively resolve issues
- Drive a positive customer experience
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in account and project management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Oracle or Lectra Centrix
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly
- Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
