Description: Salesforce Solution Architect (Sales Cloud & Integrations) | RemoteWorking hours - GMT+7: 08h30 – 12h & 13h – 17h30, Mon - FriRole summary: We're looking for a Salesforce SA to help design and govern solutions on a large scale Salesforce CRM platform across multiple business units and countries (8 markets). This is a stakeholder-facing, techno-functional role: you will translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions, validate designs with stakeholders, and guide delivery teams through implementation—without being the primary coder. I. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce delivery, with progression such as Developer → Tech Lead → (Technical/Solution) Architect, or strong techno-functional consulting background
- Proficient in English & Vietnamese, both verbal and written
- Proven experience designing solutions on: Sales Cloud - must-have; Integrations - must-have; Service Cloud and/or Experience Cloud (strong plus)
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture concepts:
- Data model & core objects (Account, Contact, Opportunity, Product, Price Book, etc.)
- Automation approaches (Flow, Apex, triggers) — at least at design/review level
- Integration + security fundamentals (API patterns, OAuth concepts, connected apps, permissions)
- Ability to produce high-level roadmaps and solution options even when you haven't implemented the exact feature before (you can research fast, but you don't "freeze")
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - this is critical and will be evaluated heavily
● Nice-to-have
- Experience in multi-country / regional operating models, working with distributed stakeholders
- Experience with high-volume scenarios and designing for scale (performance, limits, resiliency)
- Familiarity with Salesforce best practices for lead capture patterns (e.g., web-to-lead vs API-based vs third-party forms), and operational considerations

II. Key responsibilities
- Stakeholder discovery & solution shaping
- Lead / support requirement discovery and grooming with Business Analysts and business stakeholders
- Ask the right questions to uncover workflows, pain points, edge cases, and non functional requirements
- Translate business needs into platform-capable solution options, clearly explaining tradeoffs
- Architecture & design governance
- Produce high-level solution designs (end-to-end) and convert them into detailed designs when needed
- Ensure designs are reviewed, approved, and signed off before build starts
- Participate in architecture reviews / brainstorming with other architects; act as accountable approver when assigned
- Integration architecture (core)
- Define patterns for integrating Salesforce with internal and external systems: APIs, middleware, event-driven flows, data sync,..
- Ensure reliability and user experience for integrated journeys: prevent lead loss on failures, design retry/queuing mechanisms, error handling,..
- Delivery guidance (not hands-on coding)
- Guide developers on implementation approach and standards
- Review solution designs and key technical decisions; be able to review code/config when needed
- Ensure alignment across teams (Dev, QA, DevOps, BA) through the SDLC
- Cross-project strategy & dependency management
- Maintain a strategic view across parallel initiatives: overlapping scope across markets/projects,..
- Identify dependencies early and propose reusable components / shared interfaces to avoid rework later
