Description:
To rapidly develop the Vietnam market for 3D vision–based robot guidance and 3D measurement & inspection solutions, with a strong focus on 3C/EMS and automotive/industrial customers. This role will drive solution-oriented sales, build repeatable project models, and establish benchmark accounts in the region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
- Customer Development & Industry Coverage (Core Focus). Identify, develop, and manage key customers. You will engage with key stakeholders across quality, manufacturing engineering, automation, and process teams.
- Project Execution & Internal Collaboration. Work closely with application and engineering teams to support: Sample evaluation, Demos and Proof of Concept (POC), Application testing and acceptance, Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: Customer demand → technical alignment → quotation → PO → delivery. Maintain clear visibility of pipeline, project stages, and win strategies.
- Channel & Ecosystem Collaboration (Important Plus). Collaborate with local system integrators (SIs), robot OEMs, and production line equipment suppliers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in industrial or technical markets
- Strong background in at least one of the following (highly preferred):
- Measurement, vision, sensors;
- Industrial machine vision, 3D measurement, or robot vision;
- Automation or robotics system integration sales;
- Proven project experience with 3C, EMS, automotive, or industrial customers.
