Karofi Global, a leading OEM/ODM water purifier manufacturer based in Vietnam, is hiring a remote Sales Manager to spearhead global sales via the Amazon channel. This full-time position involves managing Amazon listings, optimizing content, driving promotions, and coordinating logistics and advertising to maximize reach and conversions, particularly in the U.S. market. You will own commercial issue resolution related to orders, pricing, and fulfillment, while collaborating closely with internal teams and Amazon representatives. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of e-commerce experience with a strong focus on Amazon Seller Central, specifically in the U.S. market. A Bachelor's degree in Business, E-commerce, or a related field is required, along with advanced skills in data analysis and Excel. Key qualifications also include campaign management (Sponsored Ads, Prime Day), cross-functional coordination, and an understanding of U.S. consumer behavior and regulations. Experience with performance metrics such as conversion rates, ad ROI, and return rate is highly valuable.

Job Description
Role Overview:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Karofi's online sales strategy on Amazon. This includes optimizing product listings, implementing promotional campaigns, and managing relationships with Amazon to maximize sales and visibility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Ownership & Issue Management:
- Take full responsibility for handling and resolving all sales-related problems in the USA.
- Act as the single point of contact for commercial issues, order management, pricing, fulfillment, and performance recovery.
Amazon Channel Management:
- Lead Amazon sales strategy, ensuring sustainable growth through product positioning, content optimization, and pricing competitiveness.
- Implement and monitor Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display Ads).
- Coordinate promotions, deals, and participation in events such as Amazon Prime Day.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track KPIs including sales, conversion, return rate, review quality, and ad ROI.
- Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports on business performance and improvement initiatives.
Inventory & Logistics Coordination:
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to ensure stable inventory, minimize out-of-stock risks, and improve delivery performance on Amazon.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Oversee customer satisfaction by responding to reviews, feedback, and complaints.
- Solve issues related to returns, shipping delays, or negative ratings to protect brand image.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Liaise with internal teams (R&D, supply chain, marketing) and external Amazon reps to ensure alignment on execution plans.
- Provide market intelligence and propose U.S.-specific product adaptations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years in e-commerce sales, with strong Amazon knowledge and hands-on experience in the U.S. market.
- Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and associated tools.
- Strong analytical and Excel/reporting capabilities.
- Effective problem-solving and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Knowledge of U.S. market regulations and consumer trends is a strong plus.
