Sales Executive
AIxBlock, a rapidly growing AI platform company, is hiring a full-time, remote professional based in Vietnam to support its business development and sales functions. The role offers flexible working hours (44+ hours weekly, Monday to Saturday) and is ideal for high-performing individuals who thrive in fast-paced and global startup environments. Reporting to the Lead SDR, you'll drive B2B sales efforts—especially lead generation, client relationship management, and CRM engagement. Compensation includes a negotiable base salary, KPI-based bonuses, and a range of perks, such as quarterly salary reviews, performance-based ESOP, paid leave, and opportunities for training and promotion.
Candidates should have at least 2+ years of sales experience in the international IT/outsourcing market, strong English communication skills, and practical knowledge of B2B sales techniques including LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and Upwork bidding. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or GoHighLevel, along with experience in data sourcing and email marketing platforms, is essential. A go-getter mindset, adaptability to a startup environment, and a genuine passion for business digital transformation are highly valued. Experience in both corporate and startup settings is a plus.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented SEO Assistant to support business development activities and sales operations.
- Support and follow up on sales deals from lead generation to deal closure.
- Drive business development efforts to introduce AIxBlock’s services and outsourcing solutions to international clients, particularly traditional SMEs undergoing digital transformation.
- Create and execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales plans with a strong focus on lead generation, pipeline building, and conversion.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Update and manage client interactions through CRM systems.
- Utilize automation tools and CRM platforms to streamline outreach, follow-ups, and reporting.
Requirements
Must have
- 2+ years of experience in IT sales/outsourcing in international markets with a proven client base.
- Strong command of English; excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience in B2B sales techniques (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork bidding).
- Familiarity with sales CRMs (HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce) and email marketing tools.
- Skilled in lead generation, contact data sourcing, and market research.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and adaptable; able to work independently or in teams.
- Passionate about helping traditional SMEs through digital transformation.
