Sales Administrator - Remote
Vị trí này thuộc Adecco's Client, làm việc từ xa (remote) cho khu vực Hà Nội với hợp đồng toàn thời gian. Mức lương từ 9,000,000 đến 19,000,000 VND. Vai trò này tập trung vào quản lý tài khoản khách hàng chính, hỗ trợ quản lý dự án, đảm bảo dịch vụ, phối hợp với các bộ phận nội bộ và thương lượng hợp đồng, điều khoản. Ứng viên sẽ đảm nhận vai trò cầu nối với khách hàng và triển khai dự án từ giai đoạn lên kế hoạch đến thực thi.
Yêu cầu chính là kỹ năng giao tiếp xuất sắc, khả năng tự chủ, trình bày, phân tích, kinh nghiệm quản lý quan hệ khách hàng và thành thạo Word, Excel, PowerPoint, tiếng Anh và tiếng Trung. Ứng viên sẽ nhận đủ lương thử việc và đóng bảo hiểm trên tổng lương.

Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary contact for key accounts and support the Program Manager in managing these clients.
- Build strong client relationships by conducting regular visits to understand needs and provide sales support.
- Ensure fulfilment of service level agreements (SLAs) committed to customers.
- Work with internal teams to meet customer expectations and achieve KPIs.
- Provide updates on key accounts and analyze potential opportunities and risks.
- Manage projects from planning to execution, including New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to establish mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
- Track and report performance metrics for key accounts, including orders, KPIs, revenue, and inventory levels.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally while representing client interests within the company.
- Coordinate with operations, sales admin, purchasing, engineering, and IT teams to ensure aligned efforts and excellent service delivery.
- Improve key account management strategies and processes to boost efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties/projects which may be required from time to time
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision and make good judgment decisions.
- Flexible and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven relationship management skills, with the ability to build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Experience in sales techniques and negotiation tactics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good at English and Chinese.

- Salary: 9,000,000 - 19,000,000 VND gross/month
- Full 2 months’ probation salary on gross salary.
- Full social insurance based on gross salary.
