About the Role:
We are looking for a mid-level Ruby on Rails Developer to join our team at Baseline.vn. You will work on developing and maintaining web applications, including our entrepreneur platform. This role requires a strong understanding of Ruby on Rails and a passion for delivering high-quality products.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails
- Use Hotwired, PostgresQL, Turbo / StimulusJS, TailwindCSS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Perform code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
Requirements: - Approximately 2 years of experience with Ruby on Rails
- Strong knowledge of Ruby programming language
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Must be a good communicator
- Written English must be professional
- Spoken English at basic conversational level OK
