- Conduct assessments of current states and develop plans to address gaps in change management.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and documentation for OCM activities.
- Implement change management actions and communication plans.
- Monitor progress and assess the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings and communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- At least 5 years of experience in applying analytical processes on IT projects.
- 3 years of experience in business systems analysis and design.
- Bachelor's Degree; additional relevant experience may be considered.
