Remote Senior Fullstack Engineer (NodeJS/ReactJS)
fram^ tuyển dụng vị trí Kỹ sư Fullstack cấp cao làm việc từ xa, hỗ trợ phát triển sản phẩm số tại Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm phát triển tính năng end-to-end với NodeJS (NestJS) & ReactJS (hoặc NextJS), phối hợp nhóm đa chức năng, viết test case với Jest, Cypress và tuân thủ các chuẩn phát triển phần mềm. Công việc linh hoạt, bao gồm họp nhóm hàng ngày và các quyền lợi nổi bật như BHXH từ thử việc, gói chăm sóc sức khoẻ cao cấp cho cả gia đình, 15 ngày nghỉ năm đầu và môi trường chuyên nghiệp tiếng Anh.
Ứng viên cần có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm, thành thạo cả backend lẫn frontend, hiểu sâu về kiến trúc microservices, kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh và tinh thần hợp tác Agile. Ưu tiên đã sử dụng thành thạo NodeJS (NestJS), ReactJS/NextJS, Jest, Cypress.

Responsibilities:
- Develop features from the end-to-end cycle: from Front-end to Back-end;
- Coordinate with cross-functional team members for clarification;
- Ensure quality by writing test cases using Jest, Cypress;
- Follow coding conventions and best practice standards within the project.
Qualifications:
- More than 5 years of working experience in software development;
- Solid experience with both NodeJS (NestJS) and ReactJS (or NextJS), with a strong emphasis on backend development;
- In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture principles;
- Hands-on experience with testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress;
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal;
- Collaborative team player, accustomed to working in an Agile environment;
- Daily meetings and hourly catch-ups with the cross-functional team via Huddle.
