# Responsibilities
- In charge of all support activities for customers who are considering using ERP services
- Discuss and understand customers' business problems, conduct situation analysis, and propose optimal ERP solution packages for customers.
- Monitor, consult, and support activities from implementation to post-deployment.
- There are 2 months of training and a maximum of 6 months of OJT.

- Have experience in ERP OR have at least 2 years of experience in related fields such as Finance and Accounting, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, or IT...
- Have an N1 Japanese certificate (Open to N2 candidates if they can communicate fluently).
- Possess good communication skills in English (equivalent to TOEIC 700 or higher).
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Possess good communication, teamwork, and cooperation skills.
- Have problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Have good time management and organizational skills.
# Working time
- 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM from Monday - Friday (1-hour break)
# Hiring Process (2 rounds)
- Round 1: Microsoft Excel and other apps Test
- Round 2: Interview with HRM and CEO.
