As an integral part of our team, you will lead the planning, execution, and reporting of audits that ensure compliance within a heavily regulated industry. - Act as the primary liaison between auditors and internal stakeholders for effective audit fulfillment.
- Oversee the development and execution of remediation and corrective action plans addressing audit findings.
- Report progress, findings, and outcomes of audits to senior leadership and relevant committees.
- Develop and execute a risk-based internal audit plan focusing on health plan operations.
- Ensure adherence to state and federal healthcare regulations across audited functions.
- Conduct operational audits to evaluate key business processes within the health plan.
- Facilitate the annual enterprise risk assessment and quarterly updates on unique industry risks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
