IFX Trades tuyển dụng vị trí quản lý bán hàng cấp cao, làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ lãnh đạo đội ngũ bán hàng khu vực, xây dựng chiến lược và quản lý tài khoản khách hàng trong lĩnh vực FinTech. Yêu cầu ứng viên có kỹ năng quản lý bán hàng xuất sắc, kinh nghiệm trong ngành tài chính hoặc giao dịch, cùng nền tảng Cử nhân Kinh doanh, Tài chính hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng lãnh đạo nhóm, phân tích thị trường tốt, giao tiếp và đàm phán chuyên nghiệp.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Head at IFX Trades. The Regional Sales Head will oversee sales strategies, manage a dynamic sales team, and drive revenue growth within their designated region. Key responsibilities include account management, managing teams, analyzing market trends, and devising effective sales strategies. The role requires a results-driven leader who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and deliver consistent performance aligned with IFX Trades' mission.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  • Proven expertise in Account Management to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability in Team Management to lead, train, and motivate team members
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and inform decision-making
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation to build partnerships and close deals successfully
  • Experience in the financial or trading industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a results-oriented mindset
