JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Regional Recruitment Manager to represent EU Business School across the Asia Pacific region. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in an international environment and enjoys building meaningful connections.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving student recruitment by developing new markets, strengthening existing partnerships, and exploring innovative recruitment channels. You will actively engage with prospective students, agents, and institutions to promote EU Business School’s programs and ensure successful student enrolment. As part of our young and multicultural recruitment team based in Europe and Asia, you will work closely with the Senior Regional Manager, as well as colleagues in admissions, academics, and career services, to deliver a seamless and impactful student experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to increase student recruitment across Southeast and East Asia.
- Identify and analyze market opportunities, providing insights to support long-term growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partner institutions, and international schools.
- Represent EU Business School at recruitment fairs, seminars, workshops, and online events, adapting schedules to different time zones.
- Prospect, generate leads, and manage the full recruitment cycle—from first contact through to student enrollment.
- Achieve defined recruitment targets while contributing to the school’s overall global strategy.
- Travel for up to 90+ days per year to engage with students and partners in your assigned region.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business administration, marketing, or international education.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in student recruitment, business development, or higher education, ideally in Southeast or East Asia.
- Solid understanding of international student mobility trends and the APAC education market.
- Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment strategies, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
- Experience in building strong partnerships with agents, schools, and universities.
- Fluency in English; additional Asian languages (e.g., Mandarin, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese) are a strong asset.
- Strong digital literacy, including CRM platforms, online recruitment, and data-driven decision-making.
- Preferably based in Southeast or East Asia, with flexibility for travel and occasional irregular hours.
