Clearer.io tuyển dụng vị trí QA Engineer I làm việc 100% remote cho team tại Việt Nam với hợp đồng full-time. Nhiệm vụ chính: kiểm thử ứng dụng SaaS cloud gồm test kế hoạch, tự động hóa regressions với Mabl, kiểm thử API, phối hợp phát hiện & xử lý lỗi phần mềm, xác nhận hoạt động trên môi trường AWS, đóng góp phát triển pipeline CI/CD. Phúc lợi: thưởng vào cuối năm theo hiệu suất, MacBook, 20 ngày nghỉ, gói chăm sóc sức khoẻ, allowance thể thao, môi trường quốc tế & nhiều workshop liên tục.

Yêu cầu bao gồm tốt nghiệp ngành liên quan CNTT, 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm, thành thạo kiểm thử thủ công, tự động, kiểm thử API bằng Postman, hiểu Docker/Kubernetes, làm việc theo Agile. Ưu tiên ứng viên đã từng test sản phẩm e-commerce/Shopify và sử dụng công cụ automation hiện đại.

Your Impact:
As a QA Engineer I, you will play a key role in executing and improving our testing processes, ensuring the stability and performance of our cloud-based SaaS applications. You will contribute to test automation efforts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage modern testing tools to enhance software reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to deepen your technical expertise and drive quality initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, API, UI, and integration testing.
    • Automate regression test cases using Mabl or similar tools.
    • Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software defects.
    • Participate in test planning and strategy discussions, learning best practices in test case design.
    • Validate application behavior across cloud environments in AWS (EKS, ECS).
    • Work with developers and DevOps engineers to integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
    • Analyze test execution results and provide actionable insights.

What You’ll Bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent and 2-4 years of relevant experience is required. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • Experience with e-commerce and with specific experience of Shopify a plus!
    • Experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies, including exploratory testing techniques.
    • Experience executing API tests using Postman or similar tools.
    • Understanding of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Experience working in Agile teams with rapid iterations.
