Description:
Why we’re looking for you
We are seeking a Product Executive who will support the development and delivery of high-quality software products. This role will focus 80% of the time on writing clear documentation, organizing tasks effectively and collaborating closely with the team to help ensure high-quality code is delivered on schedule. The remaining 20% will involve working with the PO and PD to identify bottlenecks in the user journey, categorize customer requests, and contribute to a customer-centric, vision-driven roadmap that prioritizes what matters most. You’ll work closely with our Product Owner, Product Designer, and Developers to bring value to our users. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, curious, and enjoys solving real problems. A strong sense of ownership, structured communication and a desire to grow are essential for this role.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Write clear and structured Product Specification Requirements and User Manuals to guide internal teams and end users
- Support customer discovery by collecting user feedback, identifying usability issues, and generating ideas to improve product experience
- Assist the Product Owner in managing product tasks and delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, QA, Customer Success, Marketing) to ensure that the product meets their needs and that they have the necessary resources to promote and support the product
- Work together with PO and PD to conduct market and user research to understand user needs, behaviors, trends, and contribute insights that support product strategy and feature planning
- Monitor and analyze product metrics, user behavior, and feedback to assess feature performance and propose improvements
- Stay up-to-date: You'll need to stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new technologies that could impact the product.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or 1+ years as a Product Executive at an IT Product, SaaS or E-commerce company
- Familiarity with BA frameworks and Scrum/Agile methodologies
- Strong ability in writing clear documentation and organizing tasks effectively
- Proficient in English reading and writing, capable of reading technical docs and writing structured content. Basic verbal English communication is a plus
- Experienced with the e-commerce domain is a plus
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and structured communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a desire to grow and improve
- A collaborative, friendly spirit with positive energy and a team-first attitude
