Product Designer
PI.EXCHANGE, a fast-growing deep-tech company headquartered in Dubai, is looking for a remote Product Designer based in or near Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This full-time role offers the opportunity to shape user experiences in their AI-driven platform, used to empower non-data scientists to build real-world ML applications. As part of the Product team, you'll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design intuitive interfaces across PI.EXCHANGE’s Demand Forecasting, Customer Insights, and FlexiBuild Studios. Responsibilities include leading the full design process, auditing UX, iterating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to design systems and brand materials. Competitive compensation and stock option rewards, as well as a flexible and growth-oriented environment, are part of the package.
Ideal candidates should have a strong UX/UI design background, excellent knowledge of Figma, and a demonstrated ability to synthesize complex requirements into elegant design. You must be fluent in English and have a user-first mindset underpinned by critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product design is preferred, especially if focused on enterprise software. Skills in conducting user research, working within and improving design systems, and mentoring are highly valued.

The Role
At PI.EXCHANGE, we are building world-first technologies. As a Product Designer, you'll play an invaluable hands-on role in defining how the technology of the future looks and feels. You will work directly with our engineers, product managers, data scientists and sales to shape product experiences that help clients start and scale their Machine Learning use cases on our platform. Our design team builds beautiful products with a strong problem-solving and critical-thinking mindset and a passion to understand the user’s needs and pain points. We welcome candidates who can explain their design thinking process that informs their empathy to the users.
Operating as part of the Product team, you will:
- Drive the entire design process and iterate designs efficiently to synthesize abstract ideas into concrete artifacts such as user flows, wireframes and prototypes;
- Conduct regular audits of the product to identify areas for improvement;
- Engage in various forms of communication (brainstorm and design review sessions) to update teams, ask the right questions, and proactively remove blockers in your design process;
- Effectively employ and further improve existing design systems;
- Assist with user researching, testing and validating designs post-implementation;
- Where appropriate, assist with brand/marketing materials development and ensuring all PI.EXCHANGE creative assets are always on-brand;
- Work with and motivate junior/intern members and provide technical leadership, direction and guidance; and
- Contributing to the evangelization of our products and culture internally and externally.

- High standard for design craft: You are able to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and ease of use and demonstrate the outcome via interactive Figma prototypes;
- Strong UX skills: You are familiar with user research and industry-leading design languages, common patterns and systems. You are a tireless advocate for the users and user-centered processes;
- Passion for excellence: You always want to go above and beyond in everything you do and are passionate about resolving user pain points through great design;
- Deep curiosity about how things work: You are not afraid to raise questions and challenge assumptions. You are willing to try different solutions and learn more about the competitive landscape;
- A “can-do” attitude with: You welcome challenges and you are able to work autonomously and proactively bring new ideas to the table;
- Well developed communication skills: Fluency in English is a must. You are able to articulate your design decisions and gather meaningful feedback from across the team; and
- Preferred previous experience with B2B SaaS enterprise software products: Track record of 5+ years of leading and solving customer problems through production-ready design for B2B SaaS enterprise software products, is a major advantage.
