Performance Marketing Executive
Vị trí này thuộc đội ngũ Marketing tại Rowabi, cho phép làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam, hợp đồng toàn thời gian với mức lương thương lượng từ 12 - 14 triệu. Các nhiệm vụ chính bao gồm triển khai, tối ưu hóa và báo cáo hiệu quả các chiến dịch quảng cáo trả phí trên Facebook & Instagram, thực hiện phân tích dữ liệu, phối hợp đội nhóm sáng tạo, cùng A/B testing tối ưu hiệu quả quảng cáo.
Ứng viên cần có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý quảng cáo mạng xã hội, hiểu biết thị trường Mỹ, tốt nghiệp Đại học ngành Marketing hoặc liên quan, thành thạo các định dạng Meta Ads và chiến lược quảng cáo, cùng kỹ năng phân tích dữ liệu tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên có chứng chỉ Meta hoặc Google Ads, cũng như kinh nghiệm chạy quảng cáo sản phẩm cao cấp.

As we scale, we are building a high-performing team passionate about design, e-commerce, and data-driven growth. We are currently looking for a Performance Paid Social Executive to join our growing marketing team and help accelerate our digital acquisition efforts across key markets. This role will play a critical part in scaling paid social campaigns, optimizing performance, and driving measurable revenue growth.
Scope of Work
- Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- Create and implement comprehensive paid social strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives and target audiences.
- Segment customer data effectively to deliver relevant and personalized messaging.
- Manage the technical setup of campaigns, including tracking links, promo codes, and UTM parameters to ensure accurate performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance against defined KPIs, analyze results, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover customer insights, optimize campaigns and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with the Design and Social teams to develop compelling ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance, including testing different ad formats, audience segments, creatives, and bidding strategies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing paid social media campaigns.
- Experience working with or targeting the U.S. market.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Have knowledge of common Meta Ads formats and how they align with different stages of the conversion funnel.
- Solid understanding of social media trends, paid advertising strategies, and industry best practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Nice to Have / Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with high-involvement product categories, particularly in the furniture industry
- Relevant certifications in social media advertising or digital marketing (e.g., Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads Certification).
- Familiarity with video advertising and content creation for social platforms, including best practices for engaging video ads.
- Ability to stay updated with evolving social media algorithms and advertising policies to ensure campaign effectiveness and compliance.
