Ứng viên cần có 4-10 năm kinh nghiệm trong mảng bán hàng hoặc payments, bao gồm ít nhất 2 năm ở lĩnh vực OTC crypto/FX/cross-border payments với thành tích doanh thu nổi bật. Ưu tiên người có sẵn mạng lưới ngân hàng, fintech, hoặc các khách hàng tổ chức lớn và am hiểu sâu giải pháp stablecoin, OTC.

Primary description: Hyphen Partners · APAC (Remote)
Description: A fast-growing digital asset and payments platform is building out an OTC Sales team to build and scale its institutional OTC business across APAC and global corridors.
This is a high-impact, revenue-owning role focused on driving large-volume crypto-fiat flows, stablecoin liquidity solutions, and treasury-led execution for institutional clients. You will play a key role in scaling the firm’s OTC desk, with a clear mandate to originate and grow meaningful monthly volume across remittances, cross-border payments, and digital asset settlement flows.
A core focus will be building and managing a high-quality pipeline across banks, payment service providers, fintechs, corporates, and HNW clients. You will drive adoption of stablecoin-based settlement, fiat on/off-ramp solutions, and treasury products, positioning the platform as a key infrastructure partner across cross-border flows.
We’re looking for candidates with 4-10 years of experience, including at least 2+ years in crypto OTC or institutional sales, or adjacent experience in FX or cross-border payments at scale. A proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding revenue targets is essential, with the ability to reference deals and volume generated.
This is not a pure hunting role — candidates are expected to bring an existing, portable network and a track record of converting relationships into live trading volume. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with clear accountability for revenue and growth.
Deep understanding of digital assets, stablecoins, OTC execution, and treasury solutions is expected.
