Yêu cầu gồm 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm ngành vận hành hoặc liên quan, kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định tốt, thành thạo Excel/Google Sheets (CRM/ERP là điểm cộng), giao tiếp xuất sắc tiếng Việt – tiếng Anh, ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm việc môi trường nhịp độ cao, hội nhập đa thị trường và đa nhóm.

We are looking for a proactive, experienced Operations Specialist to join our regional team and take ownership of supplier operations, customer support coordination, and cross-market execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international startup environment and can operate independently while collaborating with multiple teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day supplier operations: onboarding, updates, troubleshooting.
- Act as a bridge between suppliers, internal teams, and customers to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Identify and solve operational challenges with a pragmatic, decision-oriented approach.
- Ensure accuracy of product, content, and data across platforms.
- Monitor performance KPIs and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Support cross-functional projects to improve efficiency and customer experience.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Account Management, Customer Support, or Business Development
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills — able to act quickly and confidently under pressure.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable with tools like Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English; additional regional languages (Lao, Khmer) are a plus.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, solve problems independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating across markets.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in travel or tourism operations, online marketplaces, or supplier management platforms.
- Familiarity with regional market dynamics in Southeast Asia.
- Previous exposure to startup environments with fast-changing priorities.
