This is a fully remote, contractor role open to candidates across multiple global regions, offering a monthly retainer of USD $1,000–$1,500 via Wise or direct deposit, with a potential $500 performance bonus. Core duties include creating robust, production-grade flows for CRM, messaging, payments, and analytics, delivering monitoring dashboards, runbooks, and ensuring strong data governance.
The ideal candidate has proven expertise with complex automations and API/webhook integrations, as well as advanced error handling, logging, retries, and idempotency. Strong skills in clear documentation and presenting workflows are required. Experience with JavaScript/Python scripting, Stripe, LLM tool integrations, or clinical data workflows is a plus. English proficiency is essential for applicants outside select countries.
Successful applicants will provide screenshots and a video walkthrough of complex flows, complete a short one-way video interview, and pass a practical assessment. Who You Are
You are a no-code automation specialist with deep GoHighLevel, Zapier or n8n experience who builds reliable, monitored flows. You design error-handling, logging, retries and idempotency, and deliver clear documentation and runbooks.
Responsibilities
• Own discovery → design → build → monitor for mission-critical automations across CRM, messaging, payments and analytics.
• Implement production-grade flows: webhooks, retries, queues, structured logging, alerts and rollback plans.
• Ensure data hygiene, PII/PHI protections, secrets management and permissioning.
• Deliver monitoring dashboards, runbooks and versioned documentation for handover.
