Mobile Developer & Designer (Flutter)
Ailytics đang tuyển dụng vị trí phát triển và thiết kế ứng dụng di động làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế wireframe, giao diện trên Figma và phát triển sản phẩm với Flutter, kết nối API, đảm bảo tính hiệu quả cho ứng dụng. Đội ngũ startup trẻ và môi trường minh bạch, không có cái tôi lớn, cho phép bạn tạo nên dấu ấn cá nhân rõ nét.
Ứng viên cần có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm thiết kế sản phẩm UI, thành thạo Figma, từng đưa sản phẩm Flutter vào thực tế, ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm B2C và hiểu biết sâu về UI/UX di động.

We’re looking for a Mobile Developer with an equal passion for development and design. Our team is lean, and this an opportunity for a seasoned Developer/Designer to have a large impact on the technical direction and design of our mobile apps.
What You Will Be Doing
- Create seamless user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces in Figma.
- Translate your designs into functioning apps. You will build the UI, manage the logic, and handle state management using Flutter.
- Translate your own designs (and existing design system components) into production-ready UI.
- Work with our backend engineers to connect your UI to APIs and databases, ensuring real-time performance.
- Use user feedback to tweak designs and deploy updates instantly, bypassing traditional long development cycles.
Our Ideal Requirements
- At least 2+ years of professional experience in Product/UI Design. Prior experience with Figma would also be an absolute must-have.
- Hands-on experience with Flutter; ideally having shipped live projects in a professional environment.
- Any sort of prior experience with Flutterflow as well would be a big bonus, but not necessarily a must-have.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and mobile usability patterns.
- Prior experience designing/developing a B2C application.
- Comfort working in fast, iterative cycles.
