(Middle/Senior) Blockchain Developer (Solidity)
Vai trò phát triển hợp đồng thông minh bằng Solidity cho mạng lưới thanh toán toàn cầu tại Asiatek Consulting Vietnam với hình thức remote toàn thời gian, theo giờ Việt Nam, durata 12 tháng (gia hạn nếu phù hợp), thu nhập tối đa 60 triệu VND/tháng. Ứng viên sẽ thiết kế, xây dựng các giải pháp blockchain về thanh toán tổ chức, stablecoin, tối ưu hiệu suất và bảo mật giao thức.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển phần mềm, vững Solidity, EVM, các nền tảng blockchain như Geth, Hyperledger Besu, Layer 2, hiểu rõ Merkle Trees, thuật toán, thuật toán mã hóa cơ bản. Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, sẵn sàng phỏng vấn với khách hàng quốc tế là bắt buộc.
Ứng viên tự trang bị thiết bị làm việc, hợp đồng không thử việc, không SHUI. Quy trình tuyển dụng gồm kiểm tra tiếng Anh, phỏng vấn kỹ thuật, có thể offer cao hơn cho ứng viên nổi bật.

Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced (Middle/Senior) Blockchain Developer (Solidity) to design and build the smart contract infrastructure for our global settlement network. You will work on institution-grade payment Solidity smart contracts that are highly interoperable with traditional and new settlement rails. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of institutional blockchain adoption, developing industry-standard wholesale payment and stablecoin mechanisms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Institutional Smart Contract Development: Design, develop, and implement core Solidity smart contracts for clearing, settlement, and value exchange.
- Interoperability: Architect contracts that are highly interoperable with both traditional financial systems and emerging settlement rails.
- Wholesale Payments & Stablecoins: Build and maintain high-security mechanisms for wholesale payments and stablecoin issuance/management.
- Security-First Engineering: Prioritize smart contract security by addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring stability for mission-critical enterprise use cases.
- Architectural Contribution: Actively participate in architectural design discussions, providing constructive feedback on the evolution of our payment protocols.
- Maintenance & Optimization: Optimize existing Solidity protocols to improve performance and ensure they meet the rigorous demands of global financial institutions.
Job Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must-have skills: Good at English communication (able to directly join the technical interviews with client).
- Experience: At least 3+ years of software development experience, focusing on Solidity.
- Solidity Mastery: Extensive experience writing, testing, and deploying complex EVM smart contracts.
- EVM Deep Dive: A deep understanding of the blockchain transaction lifecycle and the Ethereum Virtual Machine.
- Blockchain Ecosystems: Experience working with blockchain technologies such as Hyperledger Besu, GETH, Layer 2 technologies.
- Basic Cryptography: Hands-on experience with digital signatures, hashes, encryption (asymmetric/symmetric).
- Data Structures: A strong understanding of Merkle Trees and their implementation in on-chain logic.
- Computational Fundamentals: In-depth knowledge of common algorithms, data structures, and their computational and memory complexities.

Remote following Vietnam Office hours from Monday - Friday
Max Rate/Offer: Max 60,000,000 gross/month
Duration: 12-month at the 1st contract (no probation, no SHUI)
