Middle Data Analyst (Strong Tableau) - Night shift
Vị trí này tại Innovature, làm việc từ xa hoặc hybrid tại TP.HCM, thuộc loại hợp đồng toàn thời gian với ca làm việc ban đêm (17h–2h hoặc 21h–6h). Công việc chính gồm thiết kế, duy trì dashboard Tableau, phân tích dữ liệu bằng Excel, SQL, phối hợp xây dựng mô hình dữ liệu, kiểm tra dữ liệu, chuẩn bị tài liệu cho các buổi họp. Lương cạnh tranh, thưởng tháng 13, thưởng hiệu suất, bảo hiểm xã hội, PTI, môi trường tiếng Anh cùng nhiều đãi ngộ hấp dẫn.
Ứng viên cần tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành định lượng, có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm Data/Business Analyst, thành thạo Tableau, Excel, SQL, PowerPoint; biết Python, C#, VBA hoặc SSIS là điểm cộng. Ưu tiên ứng viên hiểu về mô hình dữ liệu và thiết kế cơ sở dữ liệu.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Main Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and maintain Tableau dashboards
- Conduct and create data analysis using Excel, SQL, and Tableau
- Work closely with data engineers to design data models, maintain, and validate data in the data warehouse
- Conduct ad hoc industry research
- Create and update slides used in client meetings, business reviews, etc.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other quantitative major. An understanding of basic accounting/finance is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst/Business Analyst
- Significant data management and analysis experience
- Strong knowledge of Tableau and able to develop insightful dashboards and reports that drive business decision making and outcomes
- Intermediate to advanced Database and Transact SQL skills
- Intermediate PowerPoint
- Experience in Python, C#, VBA, and SSIS packages is a plus
- Understand data models, database design development, data mining, and segmentation techniques
