About the Role

What You'll Do

Lead the technical implementation of the CRM system

Design and develop RESTful APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask)

Implement complex frontend features using Next.js, React, and TypeScript

Architect and deploy solutions on AWS infrastructure

Set up and manage databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL on AWS RDS)

Implement authentication and authorization systems

Design and implement AWS infrastructure using best practices

Ensure application security, scalability, and performance optimization

Mentor and guide the junior developer team

Establish coding standards and CI/CD pipelines

Integrate third-party services and APIs

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 3-5 years of professional web development experience
• Strong proficiency in Python backend development (FastAPI, Django, or Flask)
• Solid experience with React and Next.js
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda, API Gateway)
• Experience with TypeScript
• Database design and management skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth)
• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to mentor junior developers
• Excellent communication skill – Native-like command of English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly with international stakeholders.

• Architect scalable Python backend services for customer data management
• Design AWS infrastructure for high availability and scalability
• Implement secure authentication and role-based access control
• Build efficient data models and database schemas
• Create RESTful APIs with proper documentation (OpenAPI/Swagger)
• Set up CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline or GitLab CI
• Implement monitoring and logging strategies
• Ensure code quality through reviews and testing
• Document technical decisions and architecture
