Một công ty tư vấn nhân sự tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh đang tìm kiếm vị trí Nhân viên pháp lý trung cấp cho bộ phận Giải quyết tranh chấp. Vai trò này là Toàn thời gian, tập trung vào quản lý hồ sơ tranh chấp, tư vấn pháp lý, soạn thảo tài liệu, duy trì quan hệ với khách hàng và cập nhật quy định pháp lý mới. Ứng viên sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với Giám đốc và có cơ hội làm việc với khách hàng toàn cầu.

Yêu cầu gồm chứng chỉ hành nghề luật sư tại Việt Nam, tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm giải quyết tranh chấp và thành thạo tiếng Anh. Ưu tiên cho ứng viên từng làm việc ở nhiều quốc gia, có kỹ năng quản lý và xử lý công việc độc lập. Vị trí cho phép làm từ xa và có thể công tác khi cần thiết.

MID-LEVEL ASSOCIATE, DISPUTE RESOLUTION

POSITION SUMMARY

The firm seeks a motivated and accomplished Mid -Level Associate for its Dispute Resolution Department. This key individual will report directly to the Director

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing dispute resolution cases. Collaborate with team members to formulate effective legal strategies.
  • Conduct thorough case analysis, research, and preparation of legal documents.
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on dispute resolution strategies, potential risks, and legal implications.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Keep clients informed about case developments and legal proceedings.
  • Draft, review, and edit legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Ensure all documentation complies with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct legal research on relevant statutes, regulations, and case law to support case strategy.
  • Provide analytical responses to legal queries and contribute to the development of legal arguments.
  • Collaborate with internal legal teams and external parties
  • Work closely with colleagues to share insights, knowledge, and best practices.
  • Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends related to dispute resolution.
  • Attend relevant seminars, workshops, and training sessions to enhance professional development.
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to case management, including billing, document organization, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications:

This opportunity would suit a diligent and career-focused lawyer who wants to deal with a high-quality caseload for global clients. In addition to having enough practical experience to sufficiently carry out the foregoing key responsibilities, you must have:

  • A Vietnam lawyer license.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in dispute resolution. Lawyers with experience in more than one jurisdiction will be accorded preference.
  • Fluency in English and excellent English writing skills.
  • Excellent analytical, drafting, communication, and research skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Strong commitment to client service.
  • Proven record of success in identifying and capturing new business opportunities in the legal field.
  • Ability to handle cases independently from beginning until completion.
  • Strong case, client, and team management skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Ability to work remotely as you will have opportunities to be seconded to offices of the firms clients when needed.
