Microsoft Dynamics Consultant

Roles & Responsibilities
As an MS Dynamics 360 Functional Consultant with Sales Skills, you will play a critical role in understanding client requirements and translating them into functional specifications. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements.
- Configuring and customizing MS Dynamics 360 to meet business needs.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that enhance sales efficiency.
- Providing training and support to users on MS Dynamics 360 functionalities.
- Engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and improve systems.
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies leveraging CRM capabilities.

Mandatory Requirements
