About the Role:
We’re looking for a Media Buyer with strong creative instincts, analytical thinking, and a solid work ethic to join our team. The ideal candidate can manage and scale high-budget campaigns while understanding what captures user attention and drives clicks. You’ll work independently and be expected to maintain high productivity in a remote setting. A key part of the role involves using various tools and platforms to research market trends, analyze competitors, and test new creatives across different verticals. You’ll be optimizing campaigns daily and constantly identifying growth opportunities. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Research trends, audiences, and high-performing verticals across multiple platforms
- Create, test, and upload ad creatives to social platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat)
- Optimize campaigns daily — adjust budgets, duplicate winning ads, pause/activate based on performance
- Identify performance patterns and trends to scale winning campaigns and cut underperformers
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative strategy, funnel optimization, and growth planning
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Fluent English — strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or media buying (search arbitrage experience is a strong plus)
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data tools (Excel, Google Sheets, basic tracking platforms)
- Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset and strong initiative
