About Us: TalentUp is an Australian-owned offshoring agency made by accountants, for accountants and professional firms. We connect Australian businesses with highly skilled teams in Vietnam, delivering reliable, secure, and cost-effective support.We also work closely with ZT Partners, an Australian accounting and advisory firm. Together, we’re seeking a versatile and experienced Marketing Leader to manage the full marketing scope for both brands — TalentUp (offshoring services) and ZT Partners (accounting and advisory).

Role Overview

This part-time, remote position offers the opportunity to lead marketing for two growing brands in the professional services and finance industries. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, creating high-quality content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content creation & storytelling: Develop compelling posts, articles, and visuals that reflect each brand’s identity.
• Graphic design: Create high-quality materials using Canva or AI-based design tools (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus).
• SEO & website optimization: Manage WordPress sites, apply SEO best practices (Yoast, Google Search Console), and perform keyword research.
• Social media & campaigns: Plan and schedule social media campaigns (focus on LinkedIn), ensuring consistent tone and engagement.
• Research & strategy: Analyze market trends in accounting, finance, and outsourcing to inform future marketing strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably within finance, accounting, or professional services.
• Strong research and learning mindset — able to identify solutions and adapt quickly.
• Skilled in Canva (AI tools or Adobe Suite experience is a plus).
• Confident in SEO, WordPress, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Creative, proactive, and organized — capable of managing multiple brands simultaneously.
