Yêu cầu: tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm pháp lý, tốt nghiệp luật, tiếng Anh B2/C1, đa nhiệm, giao tiếp tốt, chủ động, ưu tiên từng làm pháp chế nội bộ hoặc startup. Các kỹ năng pháp lý trong lĩnh vực IT và quốc tế là điểm cộng. Công việc phù hợp ứng viên yêu thích công nghệ, môi trường startup quốc tế.

The role in a nutshell
As part of our Legal Gang, you’ll keep Exely’s global operations on solid legal ground.
Your work will span contracts, compliance, data protection, IP, labor law, and IT regulations.
You’ll support teams worldwide, manage legal risks, and help the company grow safely and smartly.
What You’ll Do
- Draft, review, and negotiate international commercial contracts including software licenses, vendor, and technology partner agreements.
- Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations in all operating jurisdictions.
- Manage corporate matters including entity registrations, share transactions, officer appointments, and interactions with tax and government authorities.
- Protect and manage intellectual property related to software, patents, trademarks, and licensing.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel and provide fast, practical legal solutions aligned with business goals.
- Develop legal templates, guidance, and policies to support scalable and consistent contract and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of legal work experience, preferably within the IT sector or international companies.
- Law degree.
- English language proficiency at B2/C1. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to clearly and effectively convey complex legal concepts to diverse stakeholders, and to build strong professional relationships.
- Strong multitasking abilities enabling effective management of multiple priorities and projects under tight deadlines.
- Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivering pragmatic legal advice that balances risk control with business objectives.
- Desirable additional qualifications include prior experience as an in-house counsel or in startup environments, knowledge of additional languages beyond English, and a passion for technology and innovation.
