Role Summary

The Junior Sales & Operations Executive plays an important role in driving sales growth while providing best-in-class customer service to our parent and student community. This position works closely with the Operations/Sales/Academic functions of the business to handle the B2C sales funnel, to build student/parent relations, assist teachers in class when required, and to ensure the smooth execution of commercial and operational activities. This role requires a sales-driven mindset combined with excellent customer service and the ability to operate within a dynamic environment.

Position Details

Start date: June 2025

Location: Fully remote

Reports to: Sales / Operations Supervisors

Working Schedule: 44 hours per week

Monthly Base Salary: 12 - 17m VND Gross

Requirements

Educational Background / Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Or at least 1 year experience in a sales or business development role in education or EdTech fields.

Sales & Customer Engagement: Strong ability to drive conversions, manage relationships, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales management software, and digital communication platforms.

Collaboration: Ability to work closely with both sales and operations teams, supporting initiatives and contributing to strategic/tactical decisions.

Communication & Problem-Solving: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle customer concerns and propose effective solutions.

Adaptability & Initiative: A proactive and flexible mindset, capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic startup environment.

Preferred Experience: Past experience in Education or EdTech industry sales, operations, or teaching assistant role in a growth-stage business.

Key Responsibilities

Sales (50%)

  • B2C Sales & Lead Conversion: Actively engage with leads from initial contact to closure, conducting sales calls, trial lesson coordination, and customer follow-ups to maximize enrollment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with parents and students, ensuring excellent service and a successful educational experience.
  • Sales Strategy & Performance: Support the development and implementation strategies to increase student enrollment and re-enrollment, monitoring key sales metrics and adjusting tactics as needed.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Support supervisors in collaboration with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales conversions, providing insights on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  • Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and potential partnerships.
  • B2B Engagement Support: Assist in identifying and engaging with potential institutional or corporate partners, supporting outreach efforts, and contributing to partnership development initiatives.

Operational Support (40%)

  • Student & Parent Support: Maintain effective communication with existing parents to provide updates on student learning progress, seek customer feedback, and facilitate liaison between parents and teachers to ensure student welfare and satisfaction.
  • Academic Team Coordination & Support: Support academic operations in scheduling trial lessons and assisting with class assignments for enrolled students. Assist teachers when required with trials and lessons.
  • Platform Utilization & Process Improvement: Contribute to the effective use of CRM and school management systems, ensuring accurate data input and process optimization to improve sales and operations workflows.
  • Policy & Workflow Development: Provide operational input to refining operations and sales policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and service quality.

Other Responsibilities (10%)

  • Meeting Participation: Attend weekly team/department meetings to align on sales and operational strategies, ensuring smooth coordination between departments.
  • Sales Reporting: Support supervisors and management in preparing sales reports, presentations, and analytical tools, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to company management.
  • Academic Operations Reporting: Support compilation and presentation of reports on academic operations, including student outcomes, feedback from students and parents, onboarding processes, and placement metrics.
