This is a full-time role focused on identifying strategic opportunities and fostering partnerships to boost user growth across various blockchain ecosystems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with business development, product, marketing, and analytics teams to develop impactful Web3 initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a strong passion for the Web3 and crypto space, with demonstrated capabilities in research, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Prior experience in business development, crypto research, or internships within the blockchain industry are advantageous. Familiarity with crypto wallets, dApps, or experience in community-driven growth models like Telegram projects is a plus. Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English is an added bonus.

About the Role

Trust Wallet is looking for a highly driven and crypto-native Junior Growth Business Development professional to support our expansion across blockchain ecosystems. You will work closely with other BD teammates to identify high-impact opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and help drive user growth through ecosystem partnerships.This role is ideal for someone who is deeply passionate about Web3, has strong execution and learning capabilities, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving industry.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research on blockchain ecosystems (L1s, L2s, major dApps, etc.) to uncover growth opportunities.
Identify and source promising projects or partners that can help drive wallet user growth.
Support partnership outreach, pitch preparation, negotiations, and deal execution.
Coordinate follow-ups and manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure long-term impact.
Collaborate with internal teams including product, marketing, and analytics to align on growth goals and measure performance.
Monitor industry trends and provide insight into emerging technologies and user behaviors.

Requirements

Strong passion for crypto and Web3 with a solid understanding of the ecosystem.

Fast learner with strong curiosity and adaptability in a changing environment.
Excellent research, synthesis, and analytical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Previous experience in BD, crypto investment research, or a Web3 internship is a plus.
