JOB DESCRIPTION

ISNTREE operates Shopee stores in five countries. As an assistant to the Korea HQ marketer, this position focuses on operational tasks listed below. Promotion planning and key strategic tasks will be handled by the headquarters team.

• Customer Support & Order Management Tasks
• Monitoring of Shopee advertisement and related operational tasks
• Store decoration setup during promotions/events
• Voucher creation and chat broadcast message sending
• Additionally, support various tasks related to Shopee operations management

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ Years of experience in Shopee operations-related roles (excluding internships)
• English communication skills sufficient to interact with global team members and customers (Speaking skill is required)
• Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, and similar tools for data management
• The attitude and capability to perform repetitive operational tasks meticulously and with high quality
• You must have Vietnamese citizenship to apply. Due to legal regulations, we are currently unable to hire non-Vietnamese candidates. Please ensure you have a Vietnamese Citizen ID (CCCD), a Vietnamese tax code, and a Vietnamese bank account.

JOB PREFERENCES

• Experience in K-beauty or cosmetics brands, especially in marketing, influencer, or content roles
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopee, Amazon, or TikTok Shop
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about the beauty and skincare industry

• Experience working remotely with Korean or global teams

  • Clear communication across phone, chat, or email

  • Strong work ethic and ownership of your tasks and schedule

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Workplace:

  • Follow the client's working time
  • • Workdays: Monday to Friday (22 days/month)

    • Working hours: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT +7)

    • Lunch break: 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM (GMT+7)

  • Note: Working schedule may be adjusted based on the client's guidelines.
  • You shall ensure continuous availability, active performance, and communication with the client throughout the client’s normal business hours, as required for the services.
• Payment
  
  • Specialist : Gross 14 M ~ 16 M VND / month 
    
    • In highly competitive cases, the desired service fee may affect the evaluation
  • Payment details
    • 10% income tax will be deducted from the gross income
    • Payment will be transferred to your Vietnamese bank account
    • Pickdi's Tax Compliance Policy 
• Contracts will be issued through Kollab Agency, Pickdi's Exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam
