Vị trí này làm việc từ xa, tại Hà Nội, thuộc T&T HR Consulting với vai trò toàn thời gian. Nhân sự chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng đối tác phân phối, mở rộng thị trường, nghiên cứu thị trường ngành thú y tại châu Á, Trung Đông và châu Phi, đồng thời đàm phán hợp đồng, hỗ trợ xuất khẩu cũng như giám sát hiệu quả KPI. Mức lương và thưởng hấp dẫn, phúc lợi cạnh tranh.

Yêu cầu gồm có tốt nghiệp đại học ngành kinh doanh/veterinary hoặc liên quan, tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển kinh doanh quốc tế, 3 năm quản lý nhà phân phối khu vực châu Á/Trung Đông/châu Phi, tiếng Anh xuất sắc, kỹ năng đàm phán, sẵn sàng công tác nước ngoài. Ưu tiên ứng viên có thêm ngoại ngữ hoặc bằng Thạc sĩ.

Description: Job overview and responsibility

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Connect and establish relationships with potential distributors / partners all around the world (high concentration on Asia, Middle East, and Africa) to import our company veterinary products.
  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute approved strategic plans to penetrate new markets and increase market share in targeted regions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, competitors, and competitive advantage that our company can provide in the veterinary industry in each country, including field visit to understand the market and distributors’ potentials.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations and manage contracts with distributors to ensure mutually beneficial agreements within the company policies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including production, marketing, R&D centre, to align strategies and ensure successful market entry and growth.
  • Performance Monitoring: Set performance metrics and regularly evaluate the performance of distributors, support them and adjust as necessary to achieve business objectives.
  • Representation: Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, conferences and seminars in distributors' country to promote our brand and products.
  • Meeting company targets: Support, Develop, Oversee the overall export team daily operation and KPI, ensure the export team meets company targets and better.

Required skills and experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in international business development managerial role in the veterinary, agricultural, pharmaceutical, or health care industry.
  • At least 3+ years of successfully establishing and managing distributor relationships in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required.
  • High proficiency in English

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Additional language skills relevant to target regions are - A Master’s degree is a plus.
