Vị trí này là công việc full-time remote tại Việt Nam, bạn sẽ tham gia vào đội ngũ Analytics để triển khai và kiểm thử các giải pháp theo dõi dữ liệu chuyển đổi phức tạp trên website, xác minh và sửa lỗi tracking, tạo báo cáo tuỳ chỉnh từ dữ liệu Analytics và giao tiếp với đội ngũ nội bộ cũng như khách hàng. Hợp đồng dưới hình thức independent contractor với ngày nghỉ phép 20 ngày/năm, hỗ trợ công nghệ, và giờ làm linh hoạt nhưng cần làm việc giao thoa tối thiểu 4 tiếng theo giờ EST.

Yêu cầu có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý Google Tag Manager, khả năng triển khai Google Analytics (GA3/GA4), biết cơ bản về JavaScript, đã từng thực hiện chuyển đổi từ UA sang GA4, đồng thời thành thạo tiếng Anh giao tiếp. Ứng viên sẽ được đào tạo nâng cao kỹ năng và hưởng lương cạnh tranh.

Description

We’re looking for someone great to join our Analytics Team!

Your primary task is to help internal and external clients add (complex) tracking and fix issues that arise.
You will take extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done. You may not know how, but you figure it out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting.

We’re looking for someone who is driven to set things up perfectly, but also practical enough to bake in some redundancy and be able to provide “good enough data” when the perfect set-up is not available. Good problem-solving, can take a technical problem, break it down into manageable chunks, and execute.

Will be responsible for communicating with internal and external teams to win buy-in, explain issues, and communicate progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementing conversion tracking (forms, buttons, e-commerce, and anything else)
  • Verifying & sanity-checking conversion tracking implementation
  • Debugging tracking issues and fixing them
  • Checking issues with test measurement on Google Optimize, VWO, Optimizely, Hotjar
  • Creating any customized reports from Analytics and other sources

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing Google Tags (GTM) for web properties by overseeing implementation, coding, testing, and conducting ongoing maintenance.
  • At least 2 years of experience with website analytics tools i.e. Google Analytics, GA3/GA4.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Proven experience in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Amplitude with a strong understanding of digital analytics and web traffic metrics.
  • Good-level knowledge in Web Analytics (strategy, requirements, implementation, validation, reporting), specifically with Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of third-party tagging, pixel creation, etc.
  • Experience in transitioning GA accounts from UA to GA4.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English communication.
