Graphic & Web Designer
Katartizo Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based marketing and advertising agency, is seeking a Graphic & Web Designer to join its team remotely from Vietnam. This is a remote, full-time position working alongside the marketing team to support a range of creative projects for retail and regional businesses. The role involves assisting in the conceptualization and design of marketing materials, web and mobile UI/UX design, motion graphics, and video editing — all aligned with the company’s branding strategy. This opportunity offers the chance to work across digital campaigns, product promotions, and a variety of media formats to bring compelling visual content to life.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in a relevant field and be proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, and WordPress (Elementor), Wix, or Squarespace. A background in UI/UX design, along with basic video editing skills, is required. Strong communication abilities, teamwork, and creativity are key to success in this role. Candidates must also be able to manage multiple projects and will need to sign a confidentiality agreement due to the sensitive nature of the work.

Job Description
- Part of the marketing team responsible for the efficient and effective Marketing strategy, campaigns & operations of our retail & regional businesses
- Assist the Manager with conceptualizing new designs and typesetting layout of new and upcoming products and services
- To work closely with the marketing team for overall marketing concept development and to ensure animation and motion graphics align with company branding and marketing strategies
- Responsible for the design production such as content creation, online campaign or any production related to digital media
- Creation of marketing collaterals to promote products and services of the organization, under the direction of the pre-existing brand guide
- Translate concepts into user flows, storyboarding, mockups, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
- Design and deliver storyboarding, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
- Creation of graphic illustrations for print and digital media, organization's website, and new social media posts
- Propose and execute UI/UX design for Website & Mobile Applications
- Provide video editing and post-production services
- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
- Suggest new enhancements to the UI/UX, design, and functionality of the existing organization website
- Other administrative/marketing related tasks as required
Profile and other requirements
- Individual will have to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure confidentiality of any sensitive information being handled
- Diploma/Degree equivalent qualification/s
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite/Figma for animation work (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Basic experience in video editing and UI/UX interface
- Experience with Wordpress Elementor, Wix, Squarespace
- Has a conversational command of the English language
- Able to manage multiple projects at any one time
- Team player and able to collaborate with others
- Good communications skills in both verbal and written
