Vị trí hỗ trợ kỹ thuật IT ca đêm tại SPS (remote, Hồ Chí Minh) yêu cầu quản lý và xử lý vé hỗ trợ kỹ thuật L1 cho khách hàng toàn cầu. Ứng viên sẽ hỗ trợ người dùng về Windows, Microsoft 365, thiết bị iOS/Android, thiết bị văn phòng và các công việc tài liệu hóa quy trình. Môi trường quốc tế, đãi ngộ hấp dẫn, hỗ trợ đào tạo, thăng tiến nghề nghiệp và bảo hiểm sức khỏe cho cá nhân & gia đình.

Ứng viên cần tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ IT (L1/L2), có kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tối thiểu C1, ưu tiên có chứng chỉ Microsoft Endpoint Management/ITIL. Yêu cầu chủ động, làm việc độc lập, chú ý chi tiết và ưu tiên công việc tốt.

Description: Job Overview: The Global Service Desk Team Member - DWPS Operations Specialist will be a part of service desk technicians team. The team is primarily an L1 support team providing incident and request management to a global business. In this role, you will be expected to efficiently and effectively manage the day-to-day tickets, ensuring that all work is recorded, updated, and resolved in line with the team's policies.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide L1 end user support, analyzing and fixing issues where appropriate or escalating when required. Onsite and Remote issues troubleshooting. Level 1 Support around: Windows Administration, iOS and Android Enterprise, Microsoft 365, Computer hardware (laptops, screens, peripherals, docking stations, etc.), Office equipment like Printers, Scanners, Multi-Function Print devices, and other systems or applications based on Standard Operating Procedures. Work on system and support documentation.

Required Skills and Attributes

  • At least 1 year of experience in working as help desk supporter.
  • Experience working as a support technician in an L1 or L2 capacity.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, with good prioritizing skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised using own initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-oriented approach, languages: English – at least C1.

Nice to Have

  • Microsoft Endpoint Management certification.
  • ITIL certification.
