Nhân sự chịu trách nhiệm cập nhật hệ thống HR, hỗ trợ onboarding/offboarding, tuân thủ luật và GDPR, kiểm tra hồ sơ nhân sự và phối hợp xử lý hồ sơ visa quốc tế (UAE, Singapore, Mỹ). Yêu cầu: Tốt nghiệp ngành liên quan, tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm HR toàn cầu, hiểu biết quy trình xin visa UAE/Singapore, am hiểu quy trình HR/luật lao động toàn cầu, giao tiếp tốt nhiều múi giờ và có khả năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề. Ưu tiên ứng viên cẩn thận, độc lập và chuyên nghiệp.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Data & Systems Maintain and update global HRIS and other HR systems to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security.
- Support system implementation, upgrades, and process automation projects.
- Global HR Operations Coordinate and support global onboarding, offboarding.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across different regions.
- Compliance & Documentation Ensure HR operational processes are compliant with local employment laws, regulations, and data privacy standards (e.g., GDPR).
- Maintain and audit HR records, contracts, and employee documentation in line with retention policies.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Vendor and Stakeholder Management Collaborate with payroll, benefits, and mobility vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee transactions.
- Serve as a key contact for employees and managers regarding HR operational inquiries.
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams on cross-functional processes impacting HR operations.
- Global Visa Cases Application Collaborate with local vendors to support employee visa applications, most in UAE, Singapore and USA.
- Work closely with employees for the information collection end to end
- Give solutions to employees when any issues occur
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration, preferably in a global or regional role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE, Singapore visa application process
- Understanding of global employment regulations, HR processes, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across different time zones and cultures.
- High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
