Game Developer (Unreal Engineer)
Vị trí lập trình viên Unreal Engine tại WINDSoft cho phép bạn làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với mức lương lên đến $3,000/tháng. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm thiết kế, triển khai và tối ưu hóa các tính năng gameplay, tạo mẫu ý tưởng mới, cũng như phát triển hệ thống, công cụ hỗ trợ cho nhóm thiết kế trong môi trường hợp tác toàn cầu.
Yêu cầu tối thiểu gồm 5+ năm kinh nghiệm lập trình gameplay 3D, thành thạo C++, đa luồng, hiểu sâu về Unreal Engine và toán 3D. Kỹ năng tối ưu hóa hiệu suất và kinh nghiệm phát triển game thế giới mở, vật lý hay AI là lợi thế. Giao tiếp tốt bằng tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Hàn giúp bạn hoà nhập nhanh hơn với nhóm quốc tế.

What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize gameplay features in Unreal Engine.
- Prototype new gameplay ideas quickly.
- Develop tools & systems to support designers.
- Solve technical issues, improve code quality & performance.
- Collaborate with international dev teams to deliver world-class games.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years in 3D gameplay programming.
- Strong C++ & multi-threading expertise.
- Deep understanding of Unreal Engine gameplay framework.
- Solid knowledge of 3D math, algorithms, performance optimization.
- Self-driven, problem-solver, eager to grow.
Nice-to-Have
- Shipped games with Unreal Engine.
- Open world, physics, or AI development experience.
- Good English or Korean communication.
