Almanak is looking for a Full Stack Developer (Junior/Mid) to join the team to build scalable infrastructure for AI Agents in DeFi.

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with product managers and other developers to understand user requirements and contribute to the design of user-friendly and efficient applications.
  • Develop new features and components using modern front-end technologies while ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of back-end services and APIs, ensuring stability and scalability.
  • Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces while focusing on both functionality and aesthetics.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, while also learning from their expertise.
  • Help optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability while ensuring high levels of security.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, proactively proposing enhancements and improvements to our development processes.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as an AI-powered Full Stack Developer or similar role, with a proven track record of developing web applications using AI assistance for code generation and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in AI-assisted development workflows, with ideally 50%+ of code written by AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, etc.), demonstrating ability to effectively prompt, review, and iterate on AI-generated code.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with experience in frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with back-end technologies and frameworks, such as Node.js, Express, or others, as well as familiarity with RESTful APIs.
  • Basic understanding of database technologies, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, and experience working in collaborative development environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills leveraging AI tools and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to team members.
  • Motivated to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment, staying current with AI development tools and best practices.
  • Interest in the Web3 space and decentralized technologies is a plus.
