Front-End Engineer
Sleek tuyển dụng vị trí kỹ sư Front-End làm việc full-time từ xa tại Việt Nam. Bạn sẽ chịu trách nhiệm xây dựng UI hiện đại, tối ưu hiệu suất, tích hợp CMS và hệ thống tracking/analytics chuyên sâu cho các website, microsite phục vụ chiến lược tăng trưởng. Yêu cầu bắt buộc: tối thiểu 4-6 năm kinh nghiệm Front-End (React, Next.js, TypeScript), tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm growth/marketing engineering, thành thạo CMS headless, tích hợp analytics, tự setup A/B testing, quen thuộc startup, và tiếng Anh đọc hiểu tốt. Ưu tiên ứng viên từng áp dụng tự động hóa với Zapier, hiểu biết về CRO, performance SEO.

Front-End Engineer Role at Sleek
Sleek is looking for a Frontend / Growth Engineer to lead the development of customer-facing digital experiences and growth-driven microsites. This role combines frontend engineering, performance optimization, and marketing automation to ensure that Sleek's web properties are fast, discoverable, analytics-integrated, and optimized for conversion. Working closely with Product Design, Growth, and Marketing teams, you will build SEO-ready, CMS-integrated, and data-informed user interfaces designed to scale globally.
Outcomes
- Launch High-Performance Frontend Experiences:
- Deliver Sleek's MTD landing page and web app frontend with performance scores above 90 on Lighthouse
- Develop responsive, accessible, and pixel-perfect UIs in React / Next.js / TailwindCSS
- Optimize for SEO to improve discovery and user conversion
- Build an SEO and Analytics-Ready Microsite Framework:
- Develop a reusable microsite framework for future product verticals
- Implement schema markup, meta optimization, and structured data
- Enable Growth team to launch microsites independently
- Integrate CMS for Content Autonomy
- Connect headless CMS (Sanity / Contentful / Strapi) to marketing sites
- Empower non-technical teams to update content autonomously
- Establish versioning, preview workflows, and rollbacks for content changes
- Implement Analytics, Tracking & A/B Testing Infrastructure
- Build a Second Marketing Site for a New Product Vertical
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience as a Front-End Engineer
- Experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, SEO optimization, CMS integration, Analytics tools, A/B testing
- Detail-oriented with a hands-on, ownership-driven mindset
- Experience in Marketing or Growth engineering is a plus
