Bạn sẽ thiết kế hội thoại đa lượt người dùng – trợ lý, mô hình hóa tương tác API, tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn chất lượng, hợp tác với reviewer. Tỷ lệ thù lao cạnh tranh, tối đa 10 USD/giờ, thời gian linh hoạt 20–40h/tuần, tham gia trực tiếp các sáng kiến AI quy mô lớn.

Role Overview
We are hiring LLM Trainers (Vietnamese – Vietnam) for Penguin, a large-scale AI training project. You will design realistic multi-turn dialogues that enhance agentic reasoning, tool use, and contextual fluency in next-gen AI assistants.
Responsibilities
- Create multi-turn conversations simulating real user–assistant interactions
- Model task-based reasoning with APIs (calendar, maps, email, etc.)
- Ensure natural, accurate, and contextually aligned dialogues
- Follow formatting and quality guidelines with precision
- Collaborate with reviewers to improve and maintain consistency
Skills & Experience
Must-Have
- 3+ years in a technical/analytical role
- Native/Professional fluency in Vietnamese (vi_VN)
- Strong reasoning skills and understanding of APIs & JSON
- Excellent written English for clarity and documentation
Good-to-Have
- Prior LLM/virtual assistant project experience
- Familiarity with structured dialogue or task design
