Founding AI Software Engineer (Remote)
Công việc toàn thời gian tại Bjak, cho phép làm việc remote từ bất cứ đâu tại Việt Nam. Vai trò tập trung xây dựng, triển khai hệ thống AI/Machine Learning phục vụ hàng triệu người dùng, hợp tác cùng đội ngũ nước ngoài và HQ tại Malaysia. Cần tối thiểu 2-4 năm kinh nghiệm ML hoặc backend, thành thạo Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Yêu cầu nền tảng kỹ thuật vững, hiểu quy trình và triển khai ML thực tế, ứng viên phải sống tại Việt Nam và sẵn sàng cộng tác quốc tế. Có hiểu biết về cloud, NLP, CI/CD là lợi thế.

As a Founding AI Software Engineer, you’ll help build the intelligent systems that power this mission - from personalized recommendations and fraud detection to automation and search.
This is a remote role based in Vietnam, working closely with our HQ in Malaysia and regional teams across Southeast Asia. You’ll join a fast-paced, flat team structure where your execution and ideas shape real-world outcomes every day.

What You’ll Do
Work with product, data, and engineering teams to define ML goals and technical strategies
Design, build, and deploy machine learning models that power personalization, automation, and insight generation
Manage the ML lifecycle: data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment
Build scalable ML infrastructure and deployment pipelines
Integrate ML outputs into user-facing products and backend systems
Stay current with AI/ML trends and apply relevant innovations into our stack
Contribute to debugging, testing, and optimization of production ML systems

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
2 - 4 years of experience in machine learning or backend software development
Strong Python skills, with experience using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
Solid understanding of ML workflows: data cleaning, model development, tuning, evaluation
Familiar with model deployment, API development, or real-world ML integration
Experience with tools like Google Colab, Jupyter, and cloud ML platforms
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Must be based in Vietnam and open to remote collaboration across time zones
Nice to Have
Experience with NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Exposure to Docker, Git, or CI/CD tools
Background working in a high-growth startup or agile product environment
