This commission-only contract role focuses on new business development within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) retail sector. The primary responsibility is to open new sales accounts by engaging with major convenience store chains like 7-Eleven, GS25, FamilyMart, and Circle K. Compensation includes commissions on first orders and performance-based bonuses. Occasional in-person meetings in Ho Chi Minh City may be required to finalize deals.

About Us:
We are a natural hygiene product company based in Thảo Điền, Ho Chi Minh City, offering clean, sustainable products made with care. As we expand our footprint, we’re looking for a freelance sales opener to introduce our brand to targeted retail channels and secure initial orders.
This role is commission-only and perfect for someone with experience and/or connections in the Vietnamese retail space.
Your Focus:
Your sole responsibility is to open new retail accounts—you will make the introduction, pitch our products, and secure the first order. Once the account is opened, our internal sales manager will take over relationship management and day-to-day support.
Target Retail Channels:
Convenience Stores: 7-Eleven, GS25, FamilyMart, Circle K, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, identify, and approach relevant retail partners across Vietnam
- Present our product line and secure account openings
- Coordinate handoff to internal sales manager for ongoing servicing
- Attend occasional in-person meetings (mostly in HCMC) when necessary to close deals
You Bring:
- A background in sales, business development, or retail partnerships (especially in CPG or FMCG)
- Familiarity with or access to decision-makers in convenience retail
- Confidence in presenting and pitching value-driven products
- Self-motivation and comfort working independently and remotely
- Willingness to work on a commission-only basis
Compensation:
Commission on each new retail account and first confirmed order. Bonus potential based on volume or high-value accounts.
