Yêu cầu 5-8 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực du học, am hiểu thị trường Mỹ/Anh/Canada, sở hữu mạng lưới đối tác mạnh, sử dụng thành thạo các công cụ CRM. Ứng viên cần linh hoạt đi công tác trên 2 tuần/tháng. Ưu tiên có năng lực đào tạo, nghiên cứu thị trường và giao tiếp với đối tác quốc tế.

Job Title: Enterprise Recruitment Representative
Job Industry: Study Abroad
Location: Hanoi, Vietnam
Type: Remote with travel as required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expand international recruitment channels and plan marketing and recruitment strategies for college/university recruitment in assigned regions
- Participate in education fairs; deliver presentations to agents and prospective students; respond to inquiries from prospective students and recruitment partners
- Conduct partner engagement, training partners and their counselors, plan and deliver regional webinars and seminars
Requirements:
- Strong B2B agent network and deep market understanding in the study abroad field
- Minimum a graduate (higher qualifications preferred)
- 5–8 years of experience promoting the USA, UK, or Canada as a study destination
- Strong communication & relationship-building skills
- Proven track record representing universities & supporting students globally
- Experience conducting training sessions, seminars, or partner workshops
- Ability to drive student applications & achieve quarterly targets
- Skilled in market research, competitive analysis, & understanding student trends
- Comfortable with travel for at least 2–3 weeks in a month for partner visits
- Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and data analysis tools
- Ability to collaborate effectively with university stakeholders & internal teams
- Demonstrated ability to launch and scale new markets or regions
