Vị trí nhân viên tư vấn du học toàn thời gian tại RUGI AI cho phép làm việc từ xa tại Việt Nam với mức lương cơ bản $450 USD/tháng (có thương lượng) cùng hoa hồng 10% trên các dịch vụ. Công việc tập trung vào tư vấn, giới thiệu chương trình du học và chăm sóc khách hàng tiềm năng để đạt KPI bàn giao.
Yêu cầu nổi bật gồm: ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm từng du học, kỹ năng bán hàng, đàm phán tốt, giao tiếp tốt, thành thạo CRM và các công cụ công nghệ. Ứng viên cần có bằng cử nhân ngành Kinh doanh, Marketing hoặc Giáo dục.

Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for an Education Sales Representative. The role involves engaging with prospective students and families to understand their educational goals, providing detailed information about study-abroad programs, and recommending tailored solutions. The representative will manage a pipeline of leads, follow up with clients, and work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to achieve targets.
Compensation & Performance
Base Salary: $450 USD per month (negotiable based on experience).
Commission: 10% commission across all study tour and study abroad service products.
Performance Reviews: Sales performance reviews will be conducted every two weeks to maintain momentum and provide ongoing support.
Probationary Period: This position includes a 3-month probation period.
Qualifications
Preferred: Personal experience having studied abroad is highly desirable to better relate to and guide our students.
Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to build trust with clients.
Deep understanding of the education industry and study-abroad pathways.
Competency in using CRM tools and sales-related technology.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales, Marketing, or Education.
